Important Notes & Terms

Free Pickup

  • Free home/office pickup is included within our current pickup coverage: Delhi NCR. Our office is based in Gurgaon.
  • Delivery destinations are international (major cities worldwide), subject to serviceability and customs rules.

Chargeable Weight

  • Calculated on actual weight or volumetric weight — whichever is higher.
  • Volumetric weight formula: (L × W × H) ÷ 5000, where dimensions are in centimetres.

Food & Fragile Items

  • Food items are allowed for shipping. However, no claim will be entertained for damage, leakage, or spoilage of food items in transit.
  • Fragile items are shipped entirely at the owner's/shipper's risk.

Prohibited Items

  • The following are not permitted for shipment: batteries, liquids, aerosols, currency, jewellery, flammable items, or other high-value goods.
  • Customs or our courier/handling partner may hold, return, or confiscate shipments containing such items.
  • No refund of freight will be provided in such cases.

Transit Time

  • All transit times shared are approximate and begin only after the shipment is dispatched from our hub (Gurgaon / Delhi region).
  • Delays are possible due to customs processing, airline schedules, or holidays.
  • No claims will be entertained for late delivery — we do not commit to a fixed delivery time; all transit times quoted are approximate only.

Customs Clearance

  • All international shipments are subject to customs clearance both in India and in the destination country.
  • Any duties or taxes levied by carriers/customs authorities are payable by the receiver, unless a duty-free service has been agreed to in writing.

Packaging Guidelines

  • Proper and secure packing is required for all shipments.
  • Double packing is strongly recommended for fragile or liquid items.

Tracking

  • A tracking link is provided once your shipment is dispatched.
  • Our support team is available to assist with any tracking queries.

Liability

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the freight charges paid for the shipment.
  • No compensation will be provided for delays or any indirect/consequential losses.

Payment Terms

  • 18% GST is applicable on all shipments.
  • Full payment is required in advance before dispatch.
  • Any additional customs, storage, or re-delivery charges (if levied) will be billed separately.

These terms apply to all shipments booked with Swastiksidhi Courier, including those handled via our Gurgaon-based pickup team across Delhi NCR and international courier partner network. For questions about any of the above, please contact us before booking.
